WHAT’S THE PROCESS?
Making an Appointment: Once we have made a booking I will email you a confirmation and a few forms to complete. It is a good idea to get some dates confirmed in the diary early on too, so we know where we are headed.
First Session – up to 90 minutes: Here we get to the root of what’s going on for you, your challenges and goals – where would you like to be at the end of our time together? This will allow you to get some things off your chest too, and allow me to gain a clear idea of what steps we can take to get you going forward and to where you want to be.
Session 2 and following sessions – 75 minutes
Homework: You may be asked to complete some short tasks between sessions to reinforce the changes made in session. But don’t worry, I really don’t want to give you too much to take on. For example homework might take the shape of the following:
- Practicing breathing or mindfulness techniques
- Listening to a personalised audio
FEES – ONLINE
SINGLE SESSIONS & PAY IN ADVANCE BLOCK BOOKING
- SINGLE SESSION £125
- 4 SESSIONS (pay in advance) £450
- 6 SESSIONS (pay in advance) £650
Each session takes time and thought to plan and no two sessions are going to be the same. They are designed individually and specifically tailored to your needs and outcomes.
Personalised recordings are created (where required) for you to listen to in your own time. This helps to reenforce the changes we make in our sessions together.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
It is hard to say without having met you yet, and everyone is different, but in my experience clients often notice significant benefits in 4-6 sessions.
At the start it’s good to get the ball rolling with your first two sessions in the first week. After that we can discuss spacing them out to weekly or fortnightly, whatever is right for you.
